You may be eligible for a refund. If you are not satisfied with the service provided within one week, you can request a refund for the remaining three weeks, based on the unused work shifts only. 2. VA Replacement Policy:
In the event that you, as a client, encounter discrepancies or issues with the assigned virtual assistant (VA) and wish to request a replacement, we require evidence to support your claim. This may include providing screenshots, videos, or detailed descriptions outlining the areas of concern. Once we have thoroughly reviewed the provided information and validated the discrepancies, we will promptly initiate the process for VA replacement.
3. Refund Process:
Once your refund request is received and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 30 business days to process, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
4. Conditions for Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The services provided must not meet your expectations or requirements.
- Any disputes or concerns regarding the services must be communicated to TaskMasters for resolution before a refund can be issued.
